A full graphics dice game (Author: Puehringer Edgar)

Start:
RUN or RUN "DICE"

Usage: 
First the program asks you for the number of dices to use (may be 
between one and five). Then the dices are shuffled the first time.
For available keys look at the table below. If a dice is marked, 
a dot pattern is displayed around it.

Available keys:

Key     Action
ENTER   Roll the dices
C-CE    Exit
1-5     Mark or unmark dice 1-5 to be hold during the next shuffle
0       Unmark all dices so they won't be hold during the next shuffle
